Excel Cleaner
Remove extra spaces, turn dates typed as text into real dates, and take out duplicate and empty rows from an Excel sheet or CSV. Runs on your computer, nothing uploaded.
What it does
Customer list typed by three people? Bank export where sorting by date puts 10 November before 2 November? Clean it on your own computer instead of fixing cells one by one.
- Spaces: extra spaces at the ends, double spaces inside, and the invisible space copied from websites, all gone.
- Dates:
03/11/2026,3 Nov 2026,03-Nov-26and friends become real dates, so sort and filter work. Day first (Indian style) by default, US style with one switch. - Duplicates and empty rows: removed; the first copy and the header row stay.
- Preview first: it lists every kind of change with examples, and writes nothing until you say Y.
- Safe: the original is never changed, formulas and numbers are never touched, and files with formulas keep all their rows.
Works with .xlsx and .csv. Needs Python and the free openpyxl library (the Windows helper installs it the first time).

Excel to Tally XML
Type vouchers in Excel, import them into TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9 in one go. Sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, contra, credit and debit notes, with GST ledgers and bill references. Checks every voucher first.
Folder Sorter
Tidies a messy folder into sub-folders by file type or by month. Preview first, nothing overwritten, every run can be undone.
GSTR-2B Reco
Match your purchase register with GSTR-2B in one go. One Excel file shows matched bills, amount differences, bills the supplier has not filed (ITC at risk) and bills missing from your books, with a supplier-wise follow-up list.
