Buying, downloads, licences and refunds.
How do I buy?
Click Buy on a product. Checkout opens on Gumroad, our payment partner. Pay by card or UPI where Gumroad offers it.
When do I get the files?
Right after payment. Gumroad shows a download link and emails it to you too.
I lost my download link.
Open the Gumroad receipt email and use the link there. Still stuck? Write to us from the contact page.
Are free items really free?
Yes. Some download straight from the product page; some go through Gumroad at ₹0, which may ask for your email.
Can I use a product for client work?
Yes if it has a commercial licence. A personal licence covers only your own projects. Each product page shows its licence; the licence page explains both in plain words.
Can I get a refund?
If the files are broken or not as described and we can't fix it, yes. See the refund policy.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Gumroad sends a receipt for every order. Need something else for your accounts? Ask us from the contact page.
A bot doesn't run on my PC.
Check the requirements on its product page first (Python version, Windows / Mac). Then write to us with the error message and we'll help.
