Refund policy

You get a refund if

• The files are broken, missing or don't match the product page, and we can't fix it within 7 days.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

No refund if

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• The product doesn't fit a need the product page didn't promise.
• It doesn't run because your setup doesn't meet the listed requirements (we'll still try to help).

How to ask

Write to us from the contact page within 7 days of buying. Include your Gumroad receipt and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad; your bank or card company decides how long it takes to show.
