Licence
What you can and can't do with what you get here. Each product page says which licence it has.
Last updated 3 November 2026
When you buy or download a product, you get a licence to use it. You don't buy the copyright: that stays with Blackystore (or with the original maker of any third-party part, listed on the product page).
Personal licence
- Use it in your own projects and your own work, including for your own business.
- Change it as much as you like.
- Not for client work: you can't build something for someone else with it.
- Don't resell, share or upload the files, changed or not.
Commercial licence
- Everything in the personal licence.
- Use it in work for clients, including paid work, and in products you sell (a website, an app, a game).
- What you deliver must be your own work that uses the product, not the product itself. You can't sell or give away the files as a template, kit, asset pack or library.
For both
- One licence = one person or one company.
- Don't claim you made the product itself.
- Third-party parts (fonts, icons, code libraries) keep their own licence. The product page lists them with their source.
- Products come as they are. We fix bugs we can reproduce, but can't promise they fit every use.
- Break these rules and the licence ends; you must stop using the product.
Not sure if your use is covered? Ask before you buy.
